An employment contract may be quite brief, as the provisions of labour law regulate the employment relationship in great detail. On the other hand, the most popular civil law contracts: the contract to perform a specific work and the contract on the provision of services, governed by regulations on the so-called mandate contract, are not as strictly regulated. This is why the main arrangements between the parties should be included in the contract.
