A new volume of the most prestigious and exhaustive publication on labour law – Volume 9 of “System Prawa Pracy” (The Labour Law System) has just been published by Wolters Kluwer Polska.
The Editor in Chief is the Senior Partner of or Law Firm – Professor Krzysztof W. Baran. Volume 9 is devoted to issues related to international labour law. It contains over 1200 pages of knowledge about global standards of international employment law and its implementation into the Polish labour law system; including: the principle of equal treatment and prohibition of discrimination, the right to remuneration, as well as the protection of women and family.
