Daniel Książek, PhD., will give a lecture on “Temporary employment and employee outsourcing – the risk of circumventing the law”, while attorney-in-law Wojciech Bigaj is going to discuss practical problems related to the use of temporary work.
The conference will also cover the legal basis of temporary work, managerial authority in temporary employment or the employment of foreigners from outside the European Union through temporary employment agencies.
