We invite you to take part in the conference “New Challenges in Public Administration”, with the BKB Law Firm as one of the content partners.
The event is dedicated to the tasks that public administration units are confronted with in the light of technological development and changes in legislation. One of the speakers will be Attorney in training, Łukasz Łaguna, who will give a presentation on whistleblowing. The speech entitled “The principle of loyalty of civil service members in the light of the Directive on the protection of whistleblowers” will refer to the practical issues that might arise from Article 4 of the Directive.
