Large work establishments are increasingly often becoming the places of coronavirus outbreaks. In order to avoid downtime resulting from potential quarantine or isolation, enterprises that employ a high number of employees decide to introduce security measures in form of additional OHS services.
They check whether all employees comply with the sanitary restrictions implemented by the employer. Employees who persistently break these rules are punished. Wojciech Bigaj reminded readers of the prawo.pl website about the possible sanctions foreseen in the Labour Code. Our legal counsel also pointed out that the employer may terminate the employment contract with a worker who violates the binding organisation and order of the work process.
