Remote work, which has become increasingly popular during the pandemic, has not been regulated in labour law so far. This is, however, expected to change.
In July 2021, the latest draft of the amendment to the Labour Code was published. Its aim is to introduce detailed regulations concerning remote work to the Polish legal system. Its main objectives will be the subject of the debate organised by the Labour Law Association. One of the experts, who have been invited to discuss the proposed legislation, is Attorney Wojciech Bigaj, a Partner at our Law Firm.
