The last article, written by attorney in training, Magdalena Solich, deals with the issue of less favourable treatment of employees that results from the fact that other team members are favoured by supervisors due to the private relationships between them.
In her text, the lawyer from BKB discussed the judgment of the Supreme Court. It states that the existence of close relationships with certain employees requires close monitoring with the aim to prevent potential harassment or discrimination.
