In an article in the Rzeczpospolita daily, Prof. Krzysztof W. Baran and Daniel Książek PhD explain which regulations must be taken into consideration by an entrepreneur wishing to reduce employee remuneration.
In their article, the experts point out in particular the need for an agreement between the employer and the company’s trade unions, the status of which is regulated by separate provisions. BKB’s lawyers also explain what the employer should do when there are several company unions, and what steps can be taken in the event of a disagreement with the unions. In addition to citing the currently applicable legal provisions, the lawyers also discussed the latest case law.
