More and more employers decide to employ citizens of other countries. The existing procedures of obtaining work permits and reporting foreigners were quite tedious. Fortunately, the newest amendment makes it easier to legalise the employment of workers from Armenia, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova.
Attorney Wojciech Bigaj commented on the new regulations for Puls Biznesu, where he emphasised that employers will certainly appreciate the acceleration of the process of obtaining residence permits. Our lawyer also referred to the issue of requests to extend the list of foreigners who may use the new procedures to other countries and pointed to the need to further simplify the relevant Polish regulations.
