Trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He was awarded a high grade for his master’s thesis on “Travel for business purposes, posting of workers, and other forms of work outside of the workplace under an employment contract”.
He began dealing with employment law during his studies, cooperating with the largest law firm in the Kujawsko-Pomorski region, dealing with legal services for entrepreneurs, and later developed his experience in law firms in Warsaw.
At BKB Baran Książek Bigaj, Michał advises on labor law and social security litigation cases. His areas of specialization include posting of employees, temporary work, and employing foreigners in Poland.
He holds a TOLES certificate in legal English.
He has authored and co-authored articles on employment law published in Rzeczpospolita, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, and in other publications.
