The legal counsel of BKB listed the claims that dismissed employees may file if they believe that their employment has been terminated in violation of the provisions of the Labour Code. Mr Bigaj also estimated that irregularities in the termination of employment relationships occur most often in small companies that do not have adequately qualified staff.
