The Supreme Court will state whether the Social Security Office has the right to question the base for calculating contributions of a female entrepreneur, even if it does not challenge the title to insurance in itself.
The case was discussed in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna by Attorney Kajetan Bartosiak, who emphasised that if the amount of contributions depends on the declaration of the person who conducts business activity it should not be questioned by ZUS.
