Paweł Krzykowski


Partner, Paweł Krzykowski graduated from the University  of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration) and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (managerial and financial studies). He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. He conducts lectures in the field of labor law and social insurance for trainee lawyers in Warsaw. He is a member of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) and of the Polish Labor Law Association.

In the years 2007 – 2019, he cooperated with one of the largest international law firms operating in Poland. His experience includes advising Polish and international corporations on all employment aspects of M&A transactions in Poland. In the years 2007-2019, he advised on several dozens of such projects, which were often one of the largest transactions on the Polish legal market. He advised on employment aspects of cross-border mergers of companies. His specialization includes consultancy in all employee aspects related to the transfer of an undertaking or its part under art. 23 (1) of the Labor Code.

He is a specialist in managerial contracts concluded with management board members of companies operating in Poland. He prepared analyses regarding remuneration policies regulating the process of granting variable remuneration components, which are in force at financial institutions as part of the implementation of CRD IV. He advises on non-compete agreements, non-solicitation clauses and non-disclosure agreements. He supports clients in matters related to working time, creation of remuneration regulations, bonus regulations, work regulations and other internal procedures regarding employees.

His experience also includes matters related to collective labor law: issues related to cooperation with trade unions, works councils, creation and functioning of the special negotiating bodies as well as European works councils.

He advises on issues related to collective redundancies and projects regarding voluntary dismissals.

He represents employers in the area of ​​court disputes related to labor law.
