The government has just presented the objectives of the Act on the protection of whistleblowers. Its aim is to implement European regulations into the Polish legal system.
According to the draft legislation, three channels for reporting irregularities will emerge, and the protection against dismissal will cover all employees of the organisation who report irregularities, regardless of the basis for employment.
