The draft of the Act on the protection of persons who report violations of law that imposes new obligations on employers also contains numerous deficiencies. The editorial team of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna asked Dr Beata Baran to comment on them. Our expert referred to the fact that certain irregularities in employment relationships, such as e.g. harassment or failure to comply with OHS regulations have been excluded from the scope of violations that are covered by the Act.
