Beata Baran described good practices related to communicating whistleblowing procedures to newly hired employees. She suggested how the HR department may get involved in an internal explanatory procedure and indicated possible means of contact with an anonymous whistleblower. During the interview, she also mentioned certain tools available to HR with regard to whistleblowing.
