The pandemic contributed to the increasing popularity of remote work. However, as the situation continues, more and more employers decide to return to office work. Unfortunately, employees do not always welcome the idea.

In the newest article that was published in the Rzeczpospolita daily newspaper, legal counsel Kajetan Bartosiak and legal counsel in training Łukasz Łaguna explained when the employer may revoke the order to perform remote work and whether the employees always have to comply.
