Remote work may be permanent or occasional, but always with cost reimbursement

The legislator presented a proposal of remote work regulations that foresee the possibility to introduce occasional home office and obliges the employer to reimburse the costs that the employee has to bear as a result of working from home. Professor Iwona Sierocka commented on the proposal in an article on the website. Our Expert pointed out that, pursuant to the proposed regulations, the employer may define the principles of remote work in an agreement concluded with the employee and that the employees themselves may apply for the possibility to perform remote work.
