Our paths crossed over a year ago. Today we are proud to announce that we have established a strategic partnership – which has never existed before on the Polish market at such a substantive level – thanks to which we can support our Partners and Clients even better.
We firmly believe that activities in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) require the synergy of knowledge about management, psychology, and sociology, and unquestionable and unique legal knowledge. Today it is difficult to implement effective DE&I management strategies without such a broad view. If we want to think seriously about inclusive recruitment, communication, D&I scanning, counteracting negative behavior, and effective DE&I or anti-discrimination policies – we need to collaborate in this way. This will enable us to operate more effectively and help our partners avoid risks.
Thanks to the partnership, we are already implementing comprehensive projects for business in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. We are also expanding our joint range of services – consulting and training, but together we will also educate the market and pursue the mission of opening up businesses to diversity.
