In the interview, the BKB expert discussed the defects in labor law which have been aggravated by the pandemic, as well as the necessity to properly regulate the question of working remotely, which may become the future of employment relations. Professor Baran also talked about areas of the Labor Code that require amendment, pointing out that the most effective way of doing this is “leapfrog” style, i.e. amending individual sections of the Code.
