On March 23 2021, the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers organised a webinar Q&A session for its members. During the session, BKB experts discussed the main issues of labour law.
Attorney Wojciech Bigaj and attorney Paweł Krzykowski answered the questions about individual and collective redundancies, termination of employment, and implementing voluntary redundancy programmes. Dr Beata Baran conducted the part devoted to the Directive on whistleblowers, during which she explained what whistleblowing is, how to protect persons who report irregularities, and presented practical examples of the functioning of whistleblowing systems.
