On October 15 2021, Dr Beata Baran will conduct a webinar, during which she will explain how public sector entities should prepare for the introduction of regulations on the protection of whistleblowers.
The participants will acquire knowledge about the advantages of introducing whistleblowing systems, they will learn about the key obligations imposed on public entities by the Directive on the protection of whistleblowers, they will receive guidelines how to create and implement internal reporting systems and how to conduct internal investigation procedures. The webinar will also include a Q&A session.
