
Jerzy Krupa
Psychologist, trainer and consultant with experience working with business for over two decades. He works with Nowe Motywacje, a leading company on the domestic competency training market.
He specializes in training and consulting on personal competence development affecting effectiveness in the work environment. This field also includes improving the ability to cooperate with internal and external clients and effective management of subordinates. He conducts projects related to constructive, developmental response to stress in task-based conditions and provides education and support on preventing burnout.
He has extensive experience in diagnosing training needs and conducting classes based on various didactic forms, from lectures and webinars, and interactive presentations, to advisory sessions, consultation sessions and thematic workshops. He plays a role in the creation and implementation of periodic employee evaluation systems and customer service standards. He advises on the development of new procedures, including communication and implementation of organizational change. He has many years of experience in conducting training for the banking and insurance sectors, and experience in teaching with students.
He graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a degree in psychology, specializing in occupational psychology, and wrote his thesis on burnout syndrome in the medical community.
