
Jerzy Serwacki, PhD
Lecturer at the Department of Financial Law at the Jagiellonian University, professor of the Business Academy – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz, Member of the Legal Sciences Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, branch in Krakow.
He is an arbitrator at the Arbitration Tribunal of the Institute of Company Law and Foreign Investments. He is also a judge at the Arbitration Tribunal of the National Chamber of Commerce.
He completed judicial training and passed the examination for a judge. He was awarded a stipend of the French government at the Université de Droit, d’Economie et de Sciences Sociales de Paris. He is a member of the State Examination Commission for Tax Advisory in the second term.
Author and co-author of numerous publications on financial law, especially tax law, including books and commentaries, also published abroad (Global Estate Planning, Kluwer-the Netherlands). He has also assisted in drafting legislation amending tax law .
He conducts legal projects in Polish and French.
