Małgorzata Grześków, PhD
Attorney-at-law, doctor of law, assistant professor in the Department of Labor Law at the University of Wroclaw.
Małgorzata specializes in labor law cases and her practice focus is individual employment relations, professional relations of officers, and protection of whistleblowers in the workplace.
She has many years of experience gained working at law firms, and has advised Polish and international clients and provided support for HR departments. She has led numerous projects concerning issues such as optimizing the employee structure, harassment prevention policies, and working time calculation. She has drawn up and implemented work regulations, remuneration regulations, and other internal regulations in place at employers.
She has extensive teaching experience, and lectures and conducts workshops on labor law for students and postgraduate students of various faculties.
Academic activity – Małgorzata is an expert work relations other than employment and the author of dozens of academic publications, including a monograph on “Establishment of work relationships in the militarized services”, Warsaw 2020.
Małgorzata was awarded a research grant as winner of a competition organized by the National Science Centre, for research on the protection of whistleblowers in the workplace.
Małgorzata is a member of the Wrocław Bar Association.
