Assistant professor at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Humanitas School in Sosnowiec. Lecturer at the postgraduate studies programme in Labour and Social Security Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Member of the Committee of Legal and Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, branch in Katowice.
The author and co-author of numerous publications, in particular on law id higher education and science and employee pragmatics, including the “Labour Law System” (employee pragmatics) and of the Commentaries to the Labour Code, the Act on Trade Unions, the Act on Employee Councils, the Act – Higher Education Law, as well as the Act on Civil Services and the so-called Anti-Crisis Shield.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Silesian University in Katowice, and then he obtained the doctor’s degree at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
