Michał Bering
Michał’s areas of specialisation include posting of workers abroad, temporary employment, and the employment of foreign citizens in Poland.
He is the author and co-author of articles on labour law published in “Rzeczpospolita”, “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”, and elsewhere.
Michał is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Copernicus University in Toruń, and is currently studying for the bar with the Warsaw Bar Association.
He holds a TOLES certificate in legal English.
