Professor Krzysztof Wojciech Baran
He specialises in labour law. He has promoted legal knowledge related to the normative principles governing industrial relations for many years. He has extensive expertise and teaching experience in providing training for human resources personnel.
Head of the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy of the Jagiellonian University.
Professor Baran is the author and co-author of over 200 publications, including over a dozen monographs, textbooks and commentaries, including commentaries on the Labour Code and collective labour law acts. Currently, he is the Editor-in-Chief of The Labour Law System, a ten-volume publication fundamental for Polish labour law.
He conducts legal projects in Polish, Russian, and English.
