The ranking has been published for many years by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, and identifies legal experts who stand out in their field. This year’s ranking brought recognition for the high-profile success of Dr Daniel Książek in the IKEA employee’s case. The HR Director was wrongly accused of religious discrimination after she dismissed an employee who made negative remarks about LGBT+ people on a company forum, quoting the Bible in the process.
