Łukasz Łaguna had the pleasure to be one of the speakers during the conference on the digitisation of public administration, with particular focus on municipalities. During the webinar, he discussed the issue of whistleblowing in local territorial self-government units.
The Attorney in training from our Law Firm provided a detailed analysis of the principle of loyalty of civil servants in the light of the Directive on the protection of whistleblowers. He focused, among others, on analysing practical problems that may occur during the implementation of whistleblowing regulations.
