We invite you to the webinar organised by the Banking Law Education Institute (Instytut Szkoleń Prawa Bankowego), during which our experts will discuss the objectives of the Directive on the protection of whistleblowers and harassment as the subject of the report.
During the first part of the workshop, Dr Beata Baran will explain in detail how the existing regulations on whistleblowing will change after the Directive on the protection of whistleblowers enters into force. She will also remain the audience what types of entities should implement a system of reporting irregularities and discuss the steps that were necessary for successful implementation.
Then, Dr Daniel Książek and Łukasz Łaguna will discuss reporting cases of harassment and discrimination. Our lawyers will explain the difference between these two terms and refer to the relevant court verdicts. Ways to prevent harassment will also be discussed.
