The newest, 14th volume in the series “The Labour Law System”, edited by Professor Krzysztof W. Baran, has been published by Wolters Kluwer.
The publication contains articles written by labour law experts who cooperate with the main academic institutions in Poland. They attempted to provide a comprehensive outline of the history of the fundamental institutions of individual and collective labour law.
“The History of Polish Labour Law” is a treasury of knowledge not only for labour law practitioners, but also for law students and HR department employees.
