We invite you to take part in the scientific conference “Law and the Pandemic” organised by the Department of Medical Law and Deontology of the Medical University of Białystok. One of the experts at the event will be Beata Baran, PhD., who will discuss the problem of protecting whistleblowers during the pandemic, focusing in particular on medical professions.
Other topics that will be discussed during the event will be related to patients’ rights, new legal solutions introduced in Italy as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as legal responsibility for infecting others with the coronavirus.
