On 7 June 2017,
BKB Law Firm successfully represented its Client (international pharmaceutical company) before the Supreme Court in a dispute with a former worker. The case concerned compensation for suffered harassment-related harm. The Supreme Court refused to admit the plaintiff’s cassation appeal.
