The long awaited draft of the Act on the protection of whistleblowers has finally been published. It will introduce revolutionary changes that involve the implementation of new procedures at the workplace. How to prepare for those changes?

We invite you to participate in a free webinar, during which we will discuss the main objectives of the draft regulations.

The webinar will be conducted by Dr. Beata Baran who will not only explain the obligations faced by employers, but will also specify who may bear criminal liability for failure to implement whistleblowing procedures (which may be subject to even 3 years of imprisonment).

The webinar will refer to the content of the proposed legislation both in terms of what entities have to be prepared to implement whistleblowing regulations soon and of the analysis of the issues that may be reported by whistleblowers.

Participation is free of charge, but participants are required to register at: https://bit.ly/3AVMd2V

The webinar will take place on November 9 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

The number of participants is limited (on a first registered, first served basis).
